USI Consulting Group's Communications department possesses the knowledge and expertise to create, implement and manage the proper communications campaign for you and your employees.

Whether it's reminding employees to sign up for the 401(k) retirement plan, communicating changes and instructions for open enrollment or informing employees of enhancements to defined benefit plans -- our goal is to help employees easily understand the benefits offered so they may make wiser benefit selections.

We will work with you to establish a plan, timeline and implementation process to convey your message and ensure its success. We create customized pieces and find creative, cost efficient avenues to deliver that message.
