Bill Cleary is the Managing Actuary and Practice Leader for the Defined Benefit - Actuarial Services department at USI Consulting Group. Previously, he was a Senior Retirement Consultant and Principal with a global benefit consulting firm in New York City and the National Retirement Practice Leader for an international consulting firm.

With over 30 years of experience, Bill has provided actuarial consulting and advice to national and international corporations, not-for-profit organizations and multiemployer trust funds.

Bill is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and is an Enrolled Actuary authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. degree in Mathematics.
