Steve Hansen is the Senior Vice President responsible for the pension administration and health & welfare administration services for USI Consulting Group. Previously, he was on the leadership team to develop and manage the pension outsourcing services and health & welfare administration services for a major insurance company in Hartford, CT.

With over thirty years of management experience, Steve has been involved in developing and delivering employee benefit program administration solutions for a wide range of corporate and not-for-profit clients.

Steve is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. degree in Political Science. He has completed graduate courses in Taxation at the University of Hartford.
