Bob Cross is the President of the Southeast Region of USI Consulting Group. Prior to his acceptance of his current position with USI Consulting Group in 1997, Bob was Chairman/CEO and majority shareholder of a start-up enterprise, which grew into a multi-million dollar corporation. Prior to that, he worked for a large international consulting firm.

Bob has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of employee benefits and retirement planning, with special emphasis on the design, funding, security, administration and implementation of qualified and nonqualified retirement programs. Bob has worked with many large public and private corporations on the coordination of retirement benefits with other elements of total compensation programs, as well as the development of effective benefit and cost containment programs.

Bob holds an M.S. in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Conference of Actuaries in public practice, among other distinctions.
