Chris Martin serves as a Senior Vice President and the Defined Contribution Practice Leader. He consults on plan design and specifications, as well as on plan administration and compliance issues.

Chris joined the company in 1989 as a defined contribution plan consultant and is one of the original developers of Direct Solutions^® – the signature 401(k) program of USI Consulting Group. His previous experience also includes six years with a national insurance company in the group pension division.

Chris has obtained Series 6 and 63 registrations with the National Association of Securities Dealers and is a Registered Investment Advisor. He is also a member of the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America and the Society of Professional Administrators and Recordkeepers. He earned a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.
