Annemaire Poole, CEBS is a Vice President and Practice Leader of USI Consulting Group’s Health & Welfare Department. Annemarie has over 25 years of experience ranging from information systems to benefit consulting. She was instrumental in the expansion of USI Consulting Group’s Health & Welfare administration outsourcing practice. Her areas of expertise are with all aspects of administration of Health & Welfare benefit plans. In addition, she has provided claim analysis, plan design, information strategy programs and proactive benefit plan management to customers and served as an expert on the interpretation and evaluation of health claim data.

Prior to joining USI Consulting Group, Annemarie spent many years with a major insurance carrier holding various positions in marketing and administration areas. She was a principle of the AMP Consulting Company where she created a claim analysis package for a large union group and conducted extensive claim audits for a state Workers Compensation Plan. Annemarie holds a degree in data processing from Hartford State Technical College and received her CEBS professional designation through The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
