USI Consulting Group Provides EFAST2 Solution to Meet Form 5500 Electronic Filing Requirements

Glastonbury, CT – February 2010 – USI Consulting Group is pleased to introduce a new EFAST2 Solution to assist our Direct Solutions® clients in meeting the DOL mandated electronic filing requirements for all retirement plan Form 5500 filings commencing with the 2009 plan year. The new EFAST2 Solution is part of the suite of defined contribution plan services provided through our Direct Solutions® bundled service program. The Direct Solutions® program combines institutional investment advisory services, comprehensive enrollment and education services, accurate recordkeeping and administration, plus professional compliance services; all delivered through a dedicated service team of investment and benefit professionals.

USI Consulting Group will be conducting a webcast to explain the new filing requirements and the affect they have on plan sponsors and auditors, plus a demonstration of the new Form 5500 Web Portal. Attendees will have the option to join the webcast on either Friday, February 26th at 10:00 AM ET or Tuesday, March 2nd at 2:00 PM ET.
