HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
Duties: The responsibilities of this position, for an assigned group of clients, will include but are not limited to: maintenance of participant benefit elections, coordination of open enrollment activities, carrier premium reconciliation, interaction with vendors and carriers regarding new hires, terminations and valid status changes, response to participants through our toll free help lines and discussions with clients regarding streamlining daily benefit administration functions.

EXPERIENCED 401(K) PLAN CONSULTANT
(Positions available in Glastonbury, CT )
Duties: Candidate will work in a team environment to install and administer multiple Pension and Retirement Savings Plans. This will incorporate duties such as: Reviewing plans to ensure that they are in compliance with IRS regulations, producing quarterly reports and participant statements for clients, creating and checking IRS Form 5500 tax filing packages and corresponding with clients on various issues including confirmation of transactions, consulting on plan design issues, responding to billing questions and various other issues that arise.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Assoc. Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or math. Two + years of 401(k) administration experience. Including experience with IRS filings, compliance testing and all aspects of retirement plan recordkeeping. Excellent communication, mutual fund accounting and interpersonal skills are required. Strong computer and financial reporting skills are a must.

H&W AND RETIREMENT RETIREMENT PRODUCER
(Positions available in New York and Glastonbury, CT. )
Duties: USICG is looking for an aggressive and accomplished Health & Welfare sales professional with experience at a consulting/brokerage firm. Minimum requirements include CT Life A&H license, 3-5 years successful sales experience and knowledge of competitive health and welfare plans. Position available in CT or MA locations.
Qualifications: Also seeking seasoned and proven sales professionals with technical knowledge of both retirement programs and investments. Minimum requirements include: Series 6 and 63 NASD credentials, five years successful pension sales experience, detailed knowledge of retirement plans, knowledge of administration, daily valuation and recordkeeping and the ability to counsel clients/prospects about investment options. Positions available from New York or Washington DC locations.

ACTUARIAL ANALYST
(Positions available in New York City )
Duties: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to preparing technical work for the Actuaries, interacting with clients and assisting in the management of client relationships, developing special project calculations, preparing regular annual actuarial valuation reports, formulating and processing benefit calculations and completing various government forms with appropriate schedules and attachments.
Qualifications: College degree is required, preferably in Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Math or Statistics. One to five years of direct pension experience including Defined Benefit Admin. valuations, FAS 87 and federal filings is ideal. Completion of actuarial exams is a plus. Strong client contact and PC skills a must.
